Lifetime Limited Guarantee
We started Cascadia Leather Co. to create something as a family. It's important for the two of us that we show our children first hand how to work hard, how to build something, and how to do that the right way. Part of doing that the right way is that we only offer products that we are proud of, that are built to last for the long haul. 

We stand behind that ideal with our Limited Lifetime Guarantee, we believe that the items we are selling, when taken care of correctly, will stand the test of time.
That said, we recognize that despite our best efforts in sourcing the best leather we can find, in using a process that creates durable items, and in designing items with a long-term point of view, something might break, or a defect in quality might slip by us.

For that reason we have this guarantee: we will fix or replace any product that breaks due to failures in craftsmanship or materials, within reason.
'Within reason' means that if we determine the cause of failure to be a lack of care by the owner, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement. Leather is an organic product, requiring a certain level of care in how it is used and maintained, and the most common cause of a products failure is typically neglect, or misuse of the product.
To initiate a return, email us at info@cascadialeather.com. Returns and repairs must be shipped at owners expense and include a prepaid return label. 
The limited lifetime guarantee is only applicable to the first owner. If you purchase this item for yourself or someone else, then you (or they) are good. If you've traded, found, or purchased it second-hand, we will no longer guarantee the item.
Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with an item, we would be happy to exchange or return it. Please email us at info@cascadialeather.com to initiate the return. We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be unused or unworn.  

Please do not ship the item back until it is approved. The returning party will be responsible for all new shipping costs unless we determine the reason for the return is our fault. 
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Leather is an organic product, and for that reason it is often produced with defects, including veins, wrinkles, brands etc. While we attempt to minimize these defects in our work, unless they affect the durability or longevity of a product, they are not acceptable reasons for return. 
Personalized items made with custom engraving, stamping, or in custom colors, are non-returnable.
